Full professor of Labour Relations , Labour Law and Social Security at the University of the Republic (Uruguay). Professor in post-graduate courses at the University of Buenos Aires, at the National University of Cuyo and at the National University of Littoral (Argentina). Member of the Academia Iberoamericana de Derecho del Trabajo. Co-editor, with Professor Gerard Cedrola, of the journal Relaciones Laborales. Consultant for the ILO on employment, vocational training and collective bargaining. Member of the International Editorial Committee of the Journal Diritto delle Relazioni Industriali.
